Cancellation Policy

We want happy customers, not prisoners. The policies below apply to subscriptions purchased on For corporate plans, please refer to your individualized contract.

If you need to cancel, just email us anytime or use the self-serve option in your Account Settings.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the next billing period. E.g. If you canceled your account on the 15th, but your next renewal isn't until the 30th, you can keep using ImportYeti's premium features until then.

Your cancellation will take effect from the date it was requested.

Upon cancellation of the service, access to any content or data that has been used or generated during the subscription period will remain available to the user until the end of the current billing cycle or subscription period. After this time, the user's access to the content and data will be terminated, and they will no longer be able to retrieve or access this information. It is the user's responsibility to download or save any important content or data before the end of the subscription period.

If a user's account is terminated due to a violation of our terms of service or any other policy, access to any content or data associated with the account will be immediately terminated. The user will no longer have access to this content or data, and it will not be retrievable or accessible in any form. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they comply with our terms of service and policies to avoid termination and loss of access to their content and data.
